Connect your content to Microsoft Outlook
Synchronize information from within a CourseSpace (contacts, documents, calendar) into Microsoft Outlook 2007. Work on the content offline and synchronize it back to the site when you reconnect to the Internet.
Search course material
Easily search for content within the CourseSpace by using the built in Search tool. It not only searches file names, it also searches content within the documents.

The learners are granted a secure access logon to the CourseSpace automatically as part of the registration process. The process also includes an automated email directing the learners to the CourseSpace site. Easy!
