Document version control is made easy. When you update a new document – a version is created. Need to know who last modified the document and when? You can.

Edit files offline
Documents can be checked out and edited offline, preventing multiple versions of the same document from being created. While a document is checked out, others are not able to edit the online version. This also allows the author to edit and update a document from their own computer, without needing to stay connected.
